How does the custom order process work?

Once your order is received, I begin by selecting the specific stamps and elements you requested. After gathering everything, I hand-stamp the design and choose my color palette. I use a careful coloring system: starting with larger background areas, whittling down to fine details, and concluding with meticulous hand-outlining.

What tools and materials do you use for coloring?

I exclusively use premium acrylic gel paint pens featuring ultra-fine needle tips, typically sized between 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm. I work across several trusted brands to achieve vibrant, opaque coverage and sharp, delicate details on every piece.

What types of items can I order custom?

We create personalized greeting cards for all occasions, custom gift tags, and decorative bookmarks. You can specify names, color schemes, and themes to make each stationery piece truly one-of-a-kind.

How are your stationery items packaged?

Every finished item is sealed inside a clear, protective cello bag. Inside, you will find your stationery, a matching envelope (if included), and a coordinating sticker dot to seal your envelope. Each package is finished on the outside with a hand-colored sticker proudly marked "Perfectly Imperfect"!

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Due to their custom nature, personalized items (such as those featuring a custom name) cannot be returned or exchanged. For non-personalized items, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Because turnaround time is fast—often starting and finishing within 24 hours—any order cancellation must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
